Overview

NetStar has delivered networking solutions to over 1,500 customers since 1998, across a broad range of customers, from small to large enterprises and government departments. In particular, NetStar has demonstrable references in converged networking, security and network management.

NetStar is a pioneer in IP Telephony. Amongst NetStar's many technology "milestones" is the largest implementation of powered Cisco ports outside the USA, for Swinburne University (18,000 ports) and the first implementation in the world of IP Telephony on a Pay-TV cable network (Mildura Council in Victoria).

Many corporate customers have selected NetStar to implement advanced security solutions, from perimeter security to the deployment of Cisco's "Self Defending Network" technologies across the network.

A the heart of our business is the Global NetCentre, which provides network management across voice, data and security. We support over 300 customers across 41 countries, including well-known names such as Energy Australia, Transurban, Tyco and Wesfarmers.

More important than our geographic reach is our focus on customer service. We are committed to developing long-term customer relationships. Our customer satisfaction survey shows that we are consistently rated as 4.6+ out of 5.
