Managing IP Telephony

NetStar's nVisage application provides real-time monitoring and fault rectification of converged networks. It includes monitoring of server health and performance, as well as application performance and call quality monitoring, such as MOS reporting and trending.

Overview

NetStar's NetManage/IP Telephony takes the complexity out of managing converged networks. We provide complete visibility into the network components and application, with both a high-level Dashboard and detailed statistics. We complement this with a proactive management service that ensures Quality of Service and fast resolution of any faults.
